About Halo Fertility
Founded in 2022 by Dr. Matthew Macer, Halo Fertility is a state-of-the art fertility clinic specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, serving patients in Southern California. As part of the Global Premier Fertility Network, Halo Fertility offers the most advanced fertility treatments and personalized one-on-one fertility care to patients.

Meet Dr. Matthew Macer
Dr. Matthew Macer is a renowned specialist in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Macer received his doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale University, and attended the University of California, Los Angeles for his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Macer strongly believes that no two patients or fertility treatments are the same. Halo Fertility’s patient-centric approach to treatment means the team takes the time to thoroughly assess each patient and work with them to create a unique, personalized plan.
As part of that plan, Dr. Macer will advise you about which tests and treatments he feels would be most beneficial, and he’ll talk to you about lifestyle changes you can make to help support your fertility goals. He believes strongly in taking a holistic approach to fertility treatment.
Your diet, weight, how much exercise and sleep you get, whether you drink alcohol or use tobacco, and other lifestyle factors are all known to impact fertility. As a result, your treatment plan will include ways to address these factors in order to help your body be as healthy as possible and increase your likelihood of treatment success.
Dr. Macer also believes in making fertility treatment as accessible as possible, and Halo Fertility accepts a variety of payments and offers in-house payment plans to help you afford your treatment.

Meet Kyle
Kyle is our Director of Patient Care and IVF Coordinator extraordinaire. She and Dr. Macer have worked as a team for the past five years to provide exceptional care for our patients. It’s hard to imagine someone more dedicated than Kyle, who answers patient texts and emails no matter what time of day. You can count on her to help you feel at ease during your treatments and to hold your hand (literally and figuratively!) every step of the way.
When she’s not busy with patients or dancing with Nancy while Dr. Macer catches up on paperwork, Kyle enjoys going to the beach, riding her dirt bike, and spending time with her dog Reggie.
Meet Nancy
Nancy is Halo’s Office Manager and Third-Party Coordinator who helps patients work with egg and sperm donors, and gestational carriers. Nancy also handles Halo’s financial consultations.
After 16 years, Nancy knows all the ins and outs of helping patients navigate their fertility journeys and loves providing emotional support along the way.
When she’s not manning the front desk or skipping down the halls with Kyle, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family and watching football, especially if she can cheer on the 49ers!
